If it matters about your gums or teeth, all you need is an at-home dental care treatment when like problems arise. OraMD is the widely known remedy for gum and dental problems. It is actually the product that satisfies me if it matters about gum problems. To make sure that you have the maximum oral health on track, widen up your knowledge by reading essential dental health information at http://www.oramd.co.uk/

Go to the dentist the best thing to take are pain killers till then (but do not O.D)

try applying cold or hot compresses. take tylenol, and when all else fails, get some orajel. but you're probably going to have to see a dentist soon.

u can do warm saline rinses to reduce swelling. can take painkillers if unbearable pain but do see ur dentist as soon as possible.

Its probably either from the band used to help form the shape of the fillings or from the wedge used to keep the contact tight. I would do what a previous answer suggested and rinse the area in warm salty water and visit your dentist if this doesn't start to resolve the swelling or inflammation
