Yes! My understanding is that you have had a root canal on your eye tooth (upper cuspid) and that same tooth is sensitive to pressure and there is a swelling in the Root area of that tooth. I would have that tooth checked by another Endodontist. It is possible for a cuspid to have two canals instead of one. If both are not properly sealed, the source of infection has not been removed. The Doctor may even have to do an apecoectomy and seal it from the apical end.
During my 36 years of practice I saw one Maxillofacial cyst. It occurs between the Cuspid and First Bicuspid and can be very large involving more that one tooth. They are fairly rare and a Dentist or Oral Surgeon may never see one in a life time. The Cyst would have to be curreted and removed in its entirety or could reoccur. Bring this to the attention of your Doctor(Dentist). Good luck!.

If it is a top tooth go to your medical doctor. It may be a sinus infection that does not show on the dentists x-ray. Hope this helps!
