How do the ortho. tighten your braces?!

for me they open up all my brackets (yes they open and yes I have completely removed my braces once, big mistake) then they take the wire out and they put a new wire in, they close the brackets and then twist the ends of your wires and put new rubberbands on and possibly a power chain if its your 1st time gettin it tightened and your teeth are gunna start hurtin like s*** soon hope this helped. Have fun LOL (yea right)
