Can I use Mouthwash now that i have braces?!

Question: i think my orthodontist told me no alcohol mouthwash, but can I use non-alcohol ones?

Of course you can! My orthodontist gave me this Oral-B mouth wash that is a weekly flouride. You only need to use it once a week. .. .. If you are so worried though, you could call your ortho and ask.
