Plastic retainer?!
Question: i just got my braces off, and i have two plastic retainers, one for the top, one for the bottom.
they're extremely tight, and i have trouble taking them out when i go to eat. i've been using my nails, but its tearing up the edges.
does anyone have any tips?

just try to pop them off at the backs of your molars.
well, they will get looser with time. Mine started to just pop out after 3 or 4 days... i don't know how to get them out... it was tough for the first couple of days, i remember.

I used to grab either end and push. Today I was told I no longer have to wear mine all day just at night. Best of luck.
