Mouth ulcer help?!
Question: How can I get rid of it and what are the causes?
I woke up with TWO and I havent had them in years!
and i didnt bite my lip (i used to get them when i was younger if i bite my lip etc)
One is okay but one has made my lip puff and swell like crazy from the outside

How cna I make the pain/swelling go away?
I dont have any special cream.

You can use Bonjella if u have that there..it freezes up the ulcers then they slowly go away...oh yer,this hurts badly but puttin salt on them also helps. it really dus make them smaller but dont lick the salt off (n i mean by accident lol obviously u aint gna be tht nuts n lick the salt on purpose lol)..also wen u sleep they normally kinda swell durin the night aswell because u might be rubbin ur tongue there in ur sleep or sumit..
There normally caused by being run down and tired, or stressed so try n relax aswell.
Ouch! For that, I don't know how to help. However, I do feel for you. Did I say ouch?
Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. It tastes awful, but if you let the bubbles work, they typically wash alot of the pain away immediately. I had one get worse every day, over a period of about a week. I rinsed with peroxide last night, and I can't feel it this morning, yaaaayy. Hope this helps, I don't get them often, but this trick ALWAYS works for me.
