Lump in my jaw after tooth extraction?!

Question: I got my wisdom teeth out about a month ago, they were healing fine but in the last couple of days, there is a lump inside on the side of my jaw, everytime I touch it, it doesn't really hurt, just feels like alot of pressure. What could it be, it is affecting me being able to open my mouth all the way.

I would check back with your dentist. It might be an infection down in the hole where the tooth was. Do you have any antibiotics? If so I would take some and then get back to the doctor

Good Luck, I just had a tooth pulled that was abscessed its not any fun..

Go back to the dentist because you should have no lumps at all after one month.

It would still be a tooth fragment. Go see your dentist, they can take an xray of it to see if that's what it is.

well with alot of pressure, i would think an absest. but it could be something as simple as a tooth or bone fragment working its way out. i would say you should go back to the dentist, he will probably put you back on antibiotics till it clears up.
