I live in Canada,I'm not satisfied with my dentist. Can I have him transfer my x-rays to another dentist?


Answers:

Usually what you'll have to do is sign a form with your new dentist's address on it, giving the office permission to send your x-rays and records to your new dentist.

Once the form's in and signed, your records should be sent. :)
