Question: i can feel a bump on my gum ( which is above my missing teeth) its little red and small white puff but doesn't hurt i have been chewing on that side lately .. can it be a infection ? Gingivitis ??

If it doesn't get better overnight, you might want to see your dentist. It could be an abscess. He can prescribe meds if needed. Good Luck!

It sounds like it may be a infection. Usually it will create a pimple like bump on your gums so it can release the fluid from it.
