Dilute your mouthwash with water. Brush your tongue also. Get a special tongue brush from your dentist. This will help to alleviate bad breath tremendously. Eat a handful of parsley, this helps also. Hope this helps you some.

brush your tongue! seriously it will help...dead keratinized cells gather along with food on your tongue, and if you don't brush it away this can cause bad breath!

Mints, Halls, or Tic-Tacs! For a more medical answer, make sure you keep yourself very hydrated throughout the day.

Brush your tounge. your tounge is the main source for bad breath. so make sure you brush your tounge.

Brush your tongue, that's where the main source of bad breath-causing bacteria is.

Also, consider switching to a type of mouthwash that doesn't have alcohol. Alcohol is what's so strong and causes your mouth to burn.

drink a lot of water =D
oh and gum =D

First off, make sure you're flossing daily. If not, what you're getting is the result of bacteria buildup on your gums causing gingivitis, not to mention food particles decomposing between your teeth. Second, try using a tongue scraper. Makes a WORLD of difference.

If these things don't work, you could always try those tablets that you swallow to help digest you food better and control bad breath from in your stomach.

there's some kind of Crest rinse for sensitive mouths that I have to use. (I can't take mint toothpaste and stuff either! lol) But it's mostly for kids, so it will probably be in the Kids' Health isle.

Remember to floss, also brush your tongue lots of bacteria lives there. As for mouthwash try using one that doesn't contain alcohol.

Have you tried mouth wash without alcohol? Or you could brush your tongue (until your spit is clear when you rinse with water) I had the same problem and this worked for me. You might also want to see your dentist and find out if there is a bigger problem. Gum disease and halitosis cause bad breath too. Hope this helped. I'm only a Medical Assistant. If this does not work you may want to see a dentist.

try a lot of different types of gum and tke the one that makes your breath smell best

First Time You Use Mouthwash Its Really Strong But You Get Use To It. Mouthwash Really Does Help With Bad Breath If Its To Hard For You To Use The 15 Mls You Use Add 10 Mls Water Into The Cap And Then Drink It Like That. Or Brush Your Tongue. If The Bad Breath Still Isnt Cured Its Actually A Conditon You Have. I Saw A Documentary Once On It.

Hope This Is Best Answer.

Orodental hygiene, including care of the tongue, gums and teeth better regular checks with your doctor, keep your nose clean, consult your doctor for any sinus infection etc., drink a lot fluids, and be vegetarian, avoid uncooked garlic and onions
