I'm 16 and my wisdom tooth emerged recently. I'm getting braces in a week and the dentist didn't say anything about it affecting the braces procedure.
So the answer is no. You don't need wisdom teeth full grown to get braces. (i only have one grown about 3/4 of the way! Took 2 months!)
You mentioned painful? Is it crooked or hurt when they grow? Check it out with your dentist, it's not meant to hurt when it grows otherwise there's a problem with it...
No, They wont affect it. I had braces before and while my wisdom teeth were there. Good luck with the braces
no because most peoples wisdom teeth never fully grow. At 22 i only have 2.5 wisdom teeth
