Can you eat and sleep with orthosil or other orthodontics wax?!

Question: So one of my brackets on my braces fell out and it is moving around on the wire and getting cut on my lips. I put orthosil on it and I was wondering if it is okay to eat and sleep with it. Basically I'm trying to ask is it safe if I accidentally swallow it when I'm eating or sleeping?
