Does putting baking soda on Cainker sores really work?

I've never heard of using that , but a really good product for that would be "kanka" it is a little brown vial and inside it there is a ball at the end of the cap and then you dip it in the liquid and apply it with the tip of the cap 'ball' and then put it on the sore. it will make it numb and coat it so it wont get irritated. just make sure you let it dry first or if you get it on your toungue it will make that part nmb too. you can find it next to all of the mouth products.
