I disagree with the previous answer. The OTC bleach and professional stuff is all the same stuff. the otc stuff is weaker and takes longer for the results. The professional stuff just works faster, with the same end result. I've found that the Target knock off works pretty well. The trick: the longer the stuff is in contact with your teeth, the better it works. You don't need the gimmicks for it to work. The so-called "laser whitening" done professionally, have been shown to be no more effective than just putting the bleach on the teeth and letting it sit.(which I did w/ my daughter's teeth).

none of them work like professional whitening. The shade goes back to orignal very fast. Get Nitewhite or Opalesence from ur dentist.
