I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday :(?

does anyone have any tips for me? it's kind of hurting.. just any random facts that will help me? yesterday when i got home i threw up blood.. probably not good. today i was helping my brother find a house, and i got soo dizzy and felt like i was about to faint. what could this be? and it feels like my stitches on my right side are poking out too far, could i have sucked them out? how long before they dissolve??
