I have just bought some Listerine, is it worth it and how should I use it, because I've heard that you should dilute it?

i use listerine i dont dilute it it is verry good because it seems to blast the gums and make them feel cleaner and my teeth are nice and wigt and with fresh breath also if you look on the oackage it says do not dilute so dont dilute it
