I had the same problem when I had my teeth removed.

Lots of yogurt..soft serve ice cream.
Tofu is good too.
Smoothies..milkshakes...
Soups are the best!
And cereal.

Try Gerber baby food, beef and vegetable, or beef and potato. I know it sounds gross, but it's 100% real with no big additives, and it tastes really good and is filling. I know from experience in this area.

KFC chips are soft and can be eaten carefully, i lived on them and potato and gravy when i had my wisdom teeth out.

Also soups. You can dip soft bread in soups too.

Mexican potatoes...the ones with minced meat, sauce and sour cream in them.

cream spinach. soups. smoothies. jell-o. pudding.

i would explore all these and look for different recipes. ma i suggest paula deen, she's awesome. haha

personally, i love mashed potatoes, so i would be pretty good for about a week on those alone.

ramen noodles
chicken noodle soup
assorted yogurt
fruit smoothies
icecream
milkshakes
mac and cheese

here are more ideas from google.
