Should i go to the lawyer?

here is wat happen to me:

i went to the doctor for my filling. while opening my mouth they dislocate my jaws then they called oral surgeon and try to make me go myself but i told them i can't drive and they took me there. i have to wait more than 1 hrs and all paper hassle ,my mouth was bleeding all the time.; i even paid 200 dollars for oral surgeon for fixing my jaws.

consequences of this incident:
-direct effect on food i eat.
-swore of gum due to stretch of my ligaments
-need to take day off from work
-still scare to open my mouth wide
-surgeon told me now i can have my jaw dislocated anytime since it is already dislocated once so i have to take care of what i do.

Looking for free money? Best you're going to get is 200 bucks in small clams. A lawyer isn't going to take your case because he isn't going to make any real money off you.
