What's the best way to get rid of kanker sores?
I have braces and I use wax and all that good stuff. But since the last tightening (4 days ago) I have gotten them. How do I get rid of them, their in awckward spots.

I have had a horrible time with canker sores and all the research I have done shows no reason for them or cure. I did find an article that said stress has been linked to them and that stress depletes your B vita mines the article thought that supplementing B vita mines might help . I started taking super B complex vitamins and I haven't had one since and thats been over a year now.
