I used crest white strips then my dentist said they will leave strips and he recommended a tray with whitening gel so it fills all the gaps.

crest white strips is the number one brand that really really works. it is annoying to use because it keeps slipping, so not ccomfortable , but if you really want the irresistable white teeth you want it is worth the struggle
