Loose Tooth with a Hangdown on it?!
Question: I have a loose tooth. It has a hangdown on it because if the hangdown wasn't there my top teeth would hit my bottom braces, thus "chewing the bracket off". It's like wiggling around but i can't twist it out because it is like wedged in between two other teeth. What do I do? And please don't say "go to the orthodontist or the dentist". I'm 11. Get some floss and CAREFULLY wedge around the tooth cutting it off. Don't do it hard or fast!!!
Get a peace of floss and carefully cut the gum area around the tooth..gently and safely. Slide the floss back and forth. Don't pull it or it can rip and bleed.
