Orthodontic treatment?
I started treatment abt 2 years back and I also underwent a mazilary expansion surgery..ever since the expansion was complete I noticed that the projection of my nose increased..could this be due to my teeth projecting?if anyone can give any suggestions as 2 y this happend that would be great.My bottom arch is a little narrower as well..not to the amt that it should be in...im 23 at the moment..

BYW I live in sri lanka so seeing a doctor else where is not a possibility

The reason for that projection is because of the new position your teeth have in your maxilla (upper jaw) and because of its new position as well; major hard tissue movements always have an impact in soft tissue i.e. lips and nose.
