You have white puss pockets on the underside of your tongue. This means that you have an infection.

Start brushing your teeth 2-3 times a day, and swishing with Listerine two-three times a day. Do really good oral care.

If it doesn't clear up on it's own in 3-6 days, go to the doctor and get the antibiotics.

Cheers

maybe that is caused by some allergy

doesnt look like its the veins , but like friction marks lol sorry
I had that a couple times I forget what causes it but its sore, and mine went away, but u could be different. give it couple more days, if not go to dentist. good luck and get well

the jerk that said cancer should be shot lol.

btw - did u wake up with it one morning suddenly sore? or did it creep up

It looks like you have an ulcer or thrush starting...

Do you have the yellowing anywhere else in your mouth?

try using oral aid. u can get it at pharmacy rm6 only. its really works for mouth ulser

You have an ulcer. Very common. Rinse your mouth out with hydrogen peroxide (available at ALL stores) and it will go away a lot sooner than rinsing with listerine. It'll hurt less too since listerine is mostly alcohol.
