Since your mouth is swollen, I would suggest going to the hospital. The ER Dr. will put you on antibiotics. Every hospital offers a charity care program and you may not have to pay for this visit. That is the first step.
Alot of dentists' are working with a company called Care Credit. Care Credit is an agency that makes a full payment to the dentist and you can pay them off monthly.
Call local dentists' and ask if they work with Care Credit. I believe they have a website too. I'm not sure if they list dentists that use their survices though.....it's worth a shot.

Another suggestion is to find a hospital in your state that has a dental clinic. In NJ I know of 2. UMDMJ and Beth Isreal.
Google dental clinics in ( your state ).
For now, rinse often w/ a solution of water and salt to decrease bacteria. Pay close attention to the infected area.
I wish you luck :)

You really should find a way to make some money and get them pulled out. If you don't, then it probably will crowd and your teeth will get crooked.

u better start practicing ur british accent

what do british people say anyway

Firstly, u need an antiobiotic to to get the infection down. The meds will take care of it for a little while, but the infection will come back if the problem isn't taken care of. U need to see a dentist and pronto. In Ontario, we have several programs where people can get free or cheap dental treatment. Try the University and get students to work on you. Professional dentists [instructors] watch every step the students do, so the job will be good. The only drawback is u need a whole day to do it because they are slow.
But at any rate, get some help. Dentsts usually have some sort of payment plan.
Good luck
What about bartering your services on Craigslist, for dental treatment?
