Brushing then mouthwash...
Brush your teeth first. Mouthwash works best if you don't drink, eat, or put anything in your mouth for awhile after using it.
Read the instructions but I think it is brush then rinse, If I am using a whitening toothpaste I mouthwash first or it seems to defeat the purpose.
Brush first
you brush they use mouth wash
mouthwash first to loosen any plaque, food etc., then brush. actually you are both right because some ppl (including myself) rinse before and after i brush just to make sure. where does flossing fit in? hope you floss (srry i sound like a dentist) lol
good luck
floss, rinse, brush, rinse
brush,floss,mouthwash
brushing first.
bacteria stays on tooth surfaces as plaque biofilm, these bacteria has got a layer of protective slime layer that make antimicrobial mouthwash ineffective to kill them.
biofilms can be destroyed by mechanical means, brushing/flossing as it disrupts their attachment t a surface.
then, mouthwash further elimate any bacteria that was free floating in the mouth, not already removed by brushing.
it is essential to brush with flourise toothpaste at least twice a day, and flossing once daily.
(the sequence of flossing or brushing does not matter)
