I need help my gums are hurting me a lot.......?!
Question: Ok my gums have been hurting me for a few days now, my left bottom gum in the back, the side next to my toungue, it is extremley painful when I swallow and when I eat, or even when I extend my toungue. I need help,

This actually sounds more like an area called the "lingual tonsil" is inflammed. You describe the symptoms perfectly. This is lymphoid tissue that inflames when it's filtering infection...usually viral. Warm salt water rinse, but my favorite treatment is good old 800mg of ibuprofen. I've personally been doing this for the last 2 days and expect to do it about 3 more, since mine are doing the same thing right now!! (for me, more on the left than right)
Your tooth root might be damaged- you may be in for a root canal- see a dentist.
If you don't have your wisdom teeth yet, it could be one pushing its way out. For the time being, I would eat only soft food and call the dentist tomorrow morning.
Either you haven't been brushing your teeth and flossing. Are they puffy nad dark? If they are you need to start brushing your teeth and flossing more. What works sometimes is if you have warm water and put some salt into it. Mix it up and then wrinse your mouth and spit it out.
i would say go to your dentist and ask them to look at it if i saw it i would probablly say a root canal or open gum surgery or they might have to pull all your bottom teeth and put in fake ones you might even want to go to the dental emergency! hehe
i would go to the dentist...maybe you have gingivitis.
