I have a cold sore in the back of my mouth!?!
Question: is this bad?! is there any way i can get rid of it?
i have the canker sore (?) like this:

but i only have ONE and this is the first time its been in the back of my mouth. omg im all freaking out. HELP!!

It might just be a canker sore brought on by stress or trauma (maybe you accidentally traumatized that area with your toothbrush or while eating). It may also be a herpetic lesion although herpetic lesions are commonly characterized to occur in clusters (several lesions that are close together) and first appear as small blisters. You should have a doctor or dentist take a look at it for a more accurate diagnosis.
that is kinda gross.
it could just be the first sign that you are going to be getting sick. something you ate.
try salt water and mouth wash.
