Time & mouth wash. Canker sores are a pain. It takes 10 days for them to go away. They hurt real bad for 6 days. If you wash your mouth out with a mouth wash it will take the pain away for a little while. Hold the mouth wash in your mouth for a little while until you can't stand it any longer.
i went and bought orajel. it makes the pain stop until it goes away. i like it better than salt because salt hurts.. and i'm not much for pain.
Ask your doctor or dentist about Kenalog in Orabase. It's a prescription paste that you smear on the canker sore at night, and the next morning it's mostly gone! Great stuff!
My mom would tell me to rinse with salt water. But Wal-mart has this stuff for canker sores. It will be by the Oral-gel.
