What is the best way to get my teeth feeling REALLY clean (besides going to the !
Question: After about 4 months after visiting the dentist, my teeth always feel a little plaquey no matter how much I brush. I'm not going to the dentist for another 2 months though. I heard baking soda works - Is that true? What other methods do you know of?

Flossing also helps remove the plaque located b/w your teeth; this is the best technique for plaque removal. Another technique for the 'fresh clean feeling' is to rinse with hydrogen peroxide (at about a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio with water). That helps to 'fizz' out the plaque located on your teeth, and reduce the possibility of inflammation on your gums.
An electric toothbrush!!!
I love it....just like going to the dentist.
honestly you need to scrape your teeth. At dentist they use that metal thing that brushes them to remove all the plaque buildup. But if you floss, brush, and use mouth wash you can usually come out feeling like your teeth are very clean

I just found a few of his products at the grocery store today. I brushed with it, used the oral spray for my throat, and gargled with the rinse. It is a alkaline mouthwash and really good for stopping bad breath. I hope this works for you.
mothwash with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide but do not swallow it... also, make sure u are using an electric toothbrush
just use a menthol chewingum.
