Can you make your own mouthwash??
i am an mouth ulcer sufferer since i was young and have tried everything from salt water to mouthwash to vitamin supplements, but nothing works. all these things work for a little while but it's like i become immune to it all. so my question is can i make my own mouthwash that may work and what would i put in it.
