This is done by a periodontist who is a specialist. The fee would vary from state to state. For 2 molars I would think around the $500 range, but that is pretty much a guess. Gum surgery is usually in the $1000 range depending on the teeth involved and this is less invasive. The price may include a splint that protects your palate tissue (the donor site).
