Chipped tooth?
I have never chipped my tooth before and I did it yesterday.Its on my very front, top set. It`s not major but I wanted to know if there`s anything I should know or do?

Normally a tooth colored filling called a composite will not hold onto the chewing edge of a front tooth unless it is fairly large. Your bottom teeth scrape against this area quite frequently. To put a filling in, the dentist would need to roughen some of the tooth surface and this is actually removing more of the tooth. If it is not sharp to your tongue or really noticeable, then maybe just leave it alone. Eventually normal use will smooth it down.
It just depends on if it bothers you to look at it. If it does, get it filled.
