Can dentists/orthondotists be able to reduce the size of teeth?!
Question: This is something that is very rarely done. In fact, large teeth that are straight look beautiful! If your teeth look too large, you may just have too many teeth for the size of your jaws. This is a common orthodontic problem. It is more likely that you may need some teeth removed and the rest of them straightened to align with the space that you have.
This is a very commonly done orthodontic technique for large teeth with small jaws. In fact, my own teeth were straightened that way, and that was 40 years ago! I have done braces on my children and they had the same problem, so they needed teeth out for everything to fit. They both have beautiful smiles now.

yes they can be filed down and capped but its not recommended and is hard to find anyone who will do it
I wasn't saying it was hard to find someone to cap them , i am saying it is hard to find someone who will file and cap them.....some people think they got all the answers when they haven't took the time to read
they can if they file them down slightly...it is possible...but it has to be able to work with your bite...they wont file your teeth down to half the size...but they are able to do a little bit...or like if teeth arent even straight across at the bottom they file them all straight....but if you have really huge teeth i wouldnt hope for a miracle cos they wont file them down to much...cos you could damage the tooth.
and the girl whos saying its hard to find people who will cap teeth thats a load of ****...cos for the right price anyone will do it....but a good dentist wouldnt do it unless you truly need it.
no i wish they wud do that with me as i hav got quite large buck teeth but they cant. im waring a brace atm and this will pull them back and not make then look so in-your-face.

It's not good for your teeth and I doubt any dentist out there will do it.
However I do know that in some foreign countries they practice things like that. Well they form their teeth into really pointy triangular shapes. They think its a symbol of beauty but it looks a bit disturbing imo. Plus it really isn't good because it hurts really bad and you'll be ruining your enamel and stuff like that. Just get braces... it will make your teeth sit in your mouth properly and evenly and your teeth won't be so big looking.
