What is the best toothpaste that is healthy and whitens your teeth?

I'm just wondering, even though I do not have any cavities.

try Tom's. you can get it at healt stores...trader joes. although i have seen it at wal-mart. its the best!!! but the gel...not so good. make sure it is a paste. lots to choose from!
