I have a retainer. And I like to chew bubble gum. But it always gets stuck to my retainer how can i get it off


Answers:

I agree, don't chew gum with your retainer in! To get the gum off that's already stuck on it, try putting the retainer in a ziplock bag and then in the freezer for 30 min. and the gum should lift off.
