Can mouthwash alcohol hurt the liver?!
Question: Yes, if you drink it!
Alcohol is alcohol.
If you spit it back out like you're supposed to, you'll be fine.
When I was little, I accidentally swallowed quite a bit, and I was taken to the hospital for alchol poisoning (but luckily I didn't have it).
Especially don't mix it with tylenol or anything else. It could be fatal!
Oh and excessive amounts of the vitamin B12 can damage your liver too, but we're talking like 2000% of your daily value or more.
