What should i do about braces? help?!

What should i do about braces? help?

okay i have to get braces, but i have a few questions first. before my ortho puts the braces on, will he tell me what kind of braces i'm eligible for or something? i've already had my molds and x-rays done.

second question. i want the damon 3 system instead of traditional braces because they are less noticeable, and more comfortable, but my ortho doesn't specialize in them. should i change to an ortho who does specialize in them?

which would you recommend and why? the damon 3 system, or traditional braces? i'm 13 y.o. and i'm an aspiring actress.

I would stick with the regular braces and your ortho. I'm 15 and I skipped a grade so I'm with 16 year olds and I got my braces just recently and some of my friends still need to start, its ok, they're not that bad, alot of kids your age get them and its no biggy, some kids might poke fun a little but its ok, don't worry about them, if you ahve any more question feel free to email me.
