I have a dentist appontment coming up and i haven't brushed my teeth in a while. (2 months to be exact) and i only have listerine, a tooth brush, floss, and toothpatse. (i cant buy anyhthing.) HELP ME!!!!!!

Answers:

brush, floss, and use listerine twice a day to see amazing results in a short amount of time. but do it EVERY DAY becuase if you skip a couple of weeks your dentist will still notice and know you haven't taken care of your teeth in a while.
