Dentist drill?!

Dentist drill?
I have a cavity and its my first one.I have actually heard it does hurt when the dentist drills even when u have had the shot.So does it hurt really bad or just bad.Also i have been looking for videos and i couldnt find a good one does anyone have one?thank you.

i am deathly affraid of the dentist to the point were i need a few filings now cause i put off going for so long, ive been and had some of the fillings and i promise you it doesnt hurt when they drill its kinda loud lol but it doesnt hurt, my dad even has them done without the shot.
