Is brushing teeth with only water and not toothpaste have the same health benefi!

Question: since water and toothpaste have about the same amount of flouride?

Answers: since water and toothpaste have about the same amount of flouride?

Fluoridated toothpaste has a toxic 1,000 parts per million fluoride (in the U.S.) compared to approximately 1 part per million fluoride in water supplies.

Your don't need either of these. Fluoride is neither a nutrient nor required for healthy teeth.
Fluoride is a drug. Like all drugs, it has side effects

water and toothpaste do not have the same amount of flouride at all i dont know where u got that from. You need the flouride in toothpaste to help strengthen ure enamels. So no - use toothpaste - omg please tell me ure not worried about the calories in toothpaste.

No! Does washing with only water and not soap get you just as clean.......I don't think so!

Brushing at all is good & will remove some tartar & gunk, but the toothpaste has fluoride & other things in it that help to do the whole job. It'a like putting your dirty jeans in the wsher w/no soap, & then being surprised when they come out w/grass stains. If you're going to brush, do it right!

The fluoride in toothpaste provides little if any benefit. Fluoride is believed to -harden- teeth, but the point of brushing is to -clean- them. Brushing your teeth with no toothpaste is like doing your laundry with no soap: almost pointless.

no,only if you have a sore throat and it hurts then you could use water not toothpaste but,if you don't have a sore throat then you could use toothpaste but,it does not have the same health benefit or the same amount of fluoride!!!!!!!!
