My teeth are gradually turning yellowish?
I brush my teeth twice a day even then it looks pale. This is making me lose my confidence. I want my white teeth back.

the yellowish color could be plaque...when was your last cleaning?if it has been a while go to your dental hygeinist and get a cleaning..than you have 3 options zoom whitening 1 to 2 hour instant whitening$600, or ask your hygienist about bleaching trays, they make custom trays for you and give you bleach to take home(cheaper) and you bleach your teeth in the morning while your getting ready or before bedtime.the cheapest is crest whitstripes, works great patients come into my offfice that use them and i do notice a difference, i use them myself as well(dont want to pay alot of money to whiten my teeth...in any of these if you have sensitivity afterward try using sensodine toothpaste as regular toothpaste and i goes away, i know i use it too:)
