Just got spacers in my teeth to prepare for braces?!

Just got spacers in my teeth to prepare for braces?

Im in a ton of pain any tips on how to relieve this?

When I got spacers, they told me to take Ibuprofen. DO NOT take Tylenol though, because it slows down the movement of your teeth. Hope you get feeling better!
