Listen you have to wear your retainer if yu dont your teeth will move back to the way they were!!

But no its not a good idea to eat with em theyll go rusty and
will loosen up
Jus think in 6-8 months you only have to wear them of a night so its definitly worth keeping in your mouth plus ur speech will go bak to normal after about a week x
You can eat with your retainer but it is really distguisting. If you don't wear your retainer then your teeth could move back in their old postition or worse.
You shouldn't eat with your retainer in. Food will get stuck in unwanted places, and your retainer will need to be cleaned alot more often. They more you where it is better, but I suggest you take it out to eat. Wearing it while sleeping is usually the easiest and most effective way.
Ur teeth will get messy again
I had retainers when I was in the Philippines. When I came here I took it off, beacuse it hurted. I never put them back on. My dentist in the Philippines didn't know until two years after I took it off. She didn't get mad, because she's my aunt.
