Question:

I didnt wear my retainer for 6 months - What do I Do?

I got my braces off a year ago, wore my retainer on and off for a few months and recklessly decided to stop wearing them. Its been 6 months, I can still get the top one in, but the bottom one isnt close to fitting. What can I do to get it back in without getting braces again?


Answers:

Ask your orthodontist to make you a new retainer. Or, slowly try to put your old one on.

I didn't wear mine and I had to get braces again!!!! I had them twice and it sucks.
