Does anyone else suffer painful mouth ulcers?
i'm in pain again been so for the passed five weeks- huge ugly looking mouth ulcer in my mouth- making me look as if i have a fat lip. sick of people asking if i have been in a fight- does anyone else suffer. chocolate is what i find extremely hard to eat it's like eating acid- i know i should not eat it- worth the pain sometimes.
how do you cope with yours- reoccurring all the time- not talking about small ulcers thes are over the size of a 50p coin and sometimes even bigger. have many scars within the mouth.

I suffered for most of my life- then suddenly they stopped- i get the occasional one but i use ambosol. I keep my mouth fresh and clean by cleaning my teeth and tongue. Use a mouth wash daily- two or three times won't hurt when you have an ulcer. I sympathise with you because its so painful and you can't eat or sleep and they make your headache.
