okay i am a pot and ciggertte smoker and my teeth are pearly white you can use colgate total with the oral bbrissel tooth brush belive it works you can also put a little baking soda on the toothpaste but dont do it excessivly cause it can cause perio mouth diesea maybe 3times a week with the baking soda
