Question: Of course they are front teeth. I am embarrassed to smile or laugh around anyone and dating is out of the question. The thing is, I live on SS Disability due to progressive Multiple Sclerosis and have only Medicare, no dental. Is there such thing as dental clinics that are cheaper? Any other ideas? I would love to be able to smile again and not feel like I look like white trash. I appreciate any advice.

If you live near a teaching facility, you might get free work. Call your dental association or even call a few dentists and find out if they offer some pro bono services.
Check to see if there is a community dental around your area. There, dentists and surgeons volunteer their services and time to help those that are in need. Maybe search on the net or talk to a human resource person. Good luck!
