Which colors for braces?
Is it better to get lighter colors or darker colors for braces? Thanks in advance!

Dark colors would not show up as much as lighter or brighter colors. It depends on your age and what you are involved in I think. I never had braces, but have cleaned many. Clear allows stains to show up more because the cement gets stained if you don't clean them well. Dark colors may let the plaque show up more though because it is whitish on a dark background.....Just keep them very clean, use a rotary, electric brush and water pik. Avoid dark types of drinks if possible.
