Sure a dentist can remove stains between teeth with braces. Dont try to brush forcefully to remove stains, the braces will come off. These stains will not come out by brushing, only by proffesional cleaning.

they have to remove your brace first than they can polish.
The dentist CAN polish your teeth if your braces are on. The only thing you should really worry about is if you have white spots, which you get from not taking good enough care of your teeth with braces, because theres nothing that can be done about that.
