Sensitive teeth?

I'm 19. Everytime I eat any chocolate or candy the back of my teeth will hurt on the top and bottom. Is is just because my teeth are sensitive? If so, what can I do?

Sounds like cavities to me, if only the back teeth, both top & bottom are hurting, and given you're experiencing that when you're eating chocolate, which is a sticky candy ... I'd say it's cavities. I would suggest seeing a dentist asap!
